A Health Trust, a bakery and a plant room do not look alike. The way we take the work on does. Each sector started as a bespoke build for one operation - a process that off-the-shelf software would not fit - and was then offered to others who ran the same kind of job. We did not arrive with a vertical product and go looking for buyers.
The through-line is the back office: the approvals, the stock, the invoice, the reading on a tank. Same .NET and SQL Server stack, the same habit of sitting with the process before we write a line, and the same people still answering for it years later.
Healthcare is portals that already run inside Trusts. Food and drink is FoodMan, our own product, taking orders and returns into the accounts package. Monitoring and IoT is sensors that report without a site visit. Different operations. Same approach.
