This notice covers your use of www.infosoftni.com. Client work is covered by the contract for that work, not by this page.

What we collect

This website is static. It does not set analytics cookies and it does not run a contact form. If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to send: typically your name, organisation, email address and a description of the problem. We use that only to reply and, if you ask us to, to discuss a piece of work.

We do not collect Facebook or Twitter identifiers through this site. We do not run a marketing mailing list from this site. We do not sell personal data.

Lawful basis and retention

If you email us about work, the lawful basis is legitimate interests (replying to an enquiry) and, if we take the work, performance of a contract. Enquiry email is kept only as long as it is needed to handle the request and any follow-up, then deleted or filed with the job file if a contract follows.

Sharing

We do not pass personal data from this website to third-party marketing companies. Hosting is on our own infrastructure. Private AI work, if you later contract for it, is performed on NVIDIA hardware we own in our own UK data centre; that work is not processed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Microsoft model services.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or to object to processing, by emailing CustomSupport@isni.dev. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority.
